Salad with Chinese cabbage and carrot

Thai Peanut Salad Dressing

A super-simple thai peanut salad dressing, can also be used as a dip.

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic roughly chopped
  • 1 cup of water
  • (Optional) 1/2 teaspoon of dry chicken bullion (crushed fine)

Put them all together in a jar, and shake like crazy. You can serve it over a simple salad with lettuce, carrots, and tomatoes if you don’t want an authentic Chinese style salad.
